The Maxxis Rekon is a very voluminous tire that you can use for your daily tour, shred eagerly in the forest and on all-mountain rides, but also handles excursions into rougher terrain. The TR version with EXO sidewall protection is designed for riding without a tube with sealant, but like all TR tires, it can also be ridden with a tube. We recommend the Rekon primarily on the rear wheel, which is best combined with a 2.60 Forekaster at the front, but also with coarser profiles.
