• The competitor must not have filed for insolvency.
• The price difference must be at least €1 per item.
• The item must exactly match in size, color, model year and design.
• The item is in stock at the competitor and ready for immediate dispatch.
• The competitor is a commercial seller based in Germany.
• Offers on eBay and eBay-like auction platforms are excluded.
• Time-limited special offers or discounts from competitors, such as offers during Black Week, are excluded from the BEST PRICE request.
• The BEST PRICE request cannot be combined with other promotions (e.g. "Flash Sale") from Liquid-Life.
• The BEST PRICE request does not apply to purchases made through leasing or our 0% financing.

Items for which you can make a BEST PRICE request are marked with our BEST PRICE logo.

If you click on the BEST PRICE logo a window will open where you can enter the necessary information.

1. Copy the Internet address (URL) of the competitor’s article detail page and paste it under “Link to competitor”.
2. The price we can adjust is the price we find when we check. Because prices can change at short notice, please also tell us the item price at the time of your inquiry.
3. If the actual price differs from the stated price, we will contact you to discuss further steps.
4. Also let us know the shipping costs of your competitor. As soon as we accept your request, we will accept the competitor's terms - including the shipping costs, even if you would order from us with free shipping without the best price request.

Please send us your request before you place the item in your shopping cart and order it.

We will review your request to check whether it meets our BEST PRICE conditions (see point 1). We will then contact you and let you know whether your request meets the conditions.

If all conditions are met, we will contact you and ask for your contact details in order to write you a personalized order.

You can then pay in advance or via PayPal.

Shipping costs from competitors:
If we confirm your BEST PRICE request, we will match the competitor's conditions.

This means that we cover both the price of the item and the shipping costs of the competitor.

Link to a competitor:
If you order one or more items that you found cheaper from the same competitor, we will calculate the shipping costs as if you were placing the entire order there.

Link to several competitors:
If you would like to order several items that you have found cheaper from different competitors, we will charge you the shipping costs of the competitor with the highest shipping costs once. We do not assume that you would place the entire order with a single competitor.

If we cannot confirm the BEST PRICE request:
In rare cases, it is not possible to confirm the BEST PRICE request. If this is the case, we will contact you. You then have the choice of telling us about another competitor where you found the product cheaper, or buying it at our price.
