Beim Bike Leasing nimmst du die Auswahl deines Leasing-Fahrrads vor, nutzt es für den Arbeitsweg und in deiner Freizeit, und zahlst eine monatliche Leasingrate. Nach einer Laufzeit von wahlweise 36 oder 48 Monaten endet der Leasingvertrag. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt kannst Du den Restwert begleichen und das Fahrrad geht in Dein Eigentum über.

Die monatliche Leasingrate für dein Bike wird per Gehaltsumwandlung von deinem Bruttogehalt abgezogen, sodass du dich nicht weiter um die Ratenzahlung kümmern brauchst. Seit 2012 gelten für Fahrräder und E-Bikes die gleichen steuerlichen Regeln wie für Dienstwagen. Durch die Überlassung des Fahrrads durch den Arbeitgeber entsteht ein geldwerter Vorteil (Gehaltsumwandlungsmodell) für den Arbeitnehmer, der diesen mit 0,25% des Bruttolistenpreises des Bikes versteuern muss. Durch diesen finanziellen Vorteil ist das Dienstrad-Leasing eine attraktive Möglichkeit gegenüber einem Privatkauf. So können bis zu 40% der Anschaffungskosten gespart werden. DER LEASINGVERTRAG
Die Laufzeit des Leasingvertrags kann mit 36 oder 48 Monaten festgelegt werden. Die Länge der Laufzeit wählst du in Abhängigkeit davon, wie hoch die zu zahlende monatliche Rate sein soll. Läuft der Leasingvertrag aus, hast du die Möglichkeit dein Fahrrad gegen die Zahlung des Restwertes in dein Eigentum zu übernehmen. Solltest du kein Interesse daran haben, das Leasingbike nach der Vertragslaufzeit zu übernehmen, kannst du dieses an uns zurückgeben.

CAN I COMBINE AN OFFICE BIKE AND OFFICE CAR?
Ja, die beiden Fortbewegungsmittel können als Kombination genutzt werden und sie kann auch in verschiedenen Situationen auch von steuerlichen Vorteilen sein. Hierzu sollte dann allerdings ein Steuerberater zu Rate gezogen werden.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CHANGE EMPLOYERS?
In diesem Fall ist vorher im Vertrag zu klären, wie das Ganze aussieht. Hier gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten. Das Bike kann beispielsweise rausgekauft werden, dem Arbeitgeber zurückgegeben werden oder eventuell auch zum neuen Arbeitgeber mitgenommen werden, wenn dieser über die gleiche Leasinggesellschaft ein Dienstrad anbietet. Dies sollte allerdings im Vorhinein mit dem Arbeitgeber abgesprochen werden.
