handover: The test bike will only be handed over during official store opening hours. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask you to keep your appointment on time. Optionally, we offer you the opportunity to have our trained specialist staff carry out an individual suspension adjustment in order to optimally tailor the riding experience to your needs. Accesories: You will receive the following accessories with your test bike to make using it as comfortable as possible: A bicycle lock so you can park your bike safely. A charger for e-bikes (from the 2nd day), so that you have the possibility to charge the battery of your e-bike at any time. Return: The test bike can only be returned during our store opening hours. Please plan your test ride so that the bike is returned no later than 45 minutes before the store closes. This gives us the opportunity to check the bike and prepare it for the next customer. Service: Our washing station is available free of charge for cleaning your test bike after use. We recommend using it to keep the bike in good condition and to avoid any cleaning costs when returning it. The Trailground Brilon offers mountain bikers a variety of routes in the middle of the Sauerland - ideal for beginners and professionals. Perfectly prepared trails ensure riding fun at every level. If you don't have your own bike, you can rent one of our high-quality bikes directly in Brilon, 10 minutes from the TrailGround, and get started right away!

TrailPark Winterberg

The Winterberg Trail Park is a top destination for mountain bikers looking for action and adventure. With various routes, it offers exciting challenges for both beginners and experienced riders. Flowing trails, steep descents and technical passages ensure plenty of riding fun. Ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy nature and improve their riding technique at the same time.

We don't have many rules, but we ask you to follow these:

DISCLAIMER & INSURANCE

By renting and using the test bike, you expressly agree to the following conditions and accept them in full:

Usage restrictions: The test bike may only be used on regular roads and paths. Use in bike parks is prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate termination of the test period and may result in further legal action.
Condition and return: At the end of the test period, the test bike must be returned in the same condition in which it was handed over. If the test bike is dirty when returned or shows signs of wear that go beyond normal use, a cleaning fee of €39 will be charged. Any damage that goes beyond normal wear and tear must also be replaced by the borrower.

3. Securing the bicycle: Every time the test bicycle is parked, it must be securely locked to a fixed object. Failure to observe this safety measure may result in the customer being fully liable in the event of theft or damage.
