The efficient Bosch Performance CX e-drive (Gen.4) supports you with a powerful 85 Nm up to 25 km/h. Bosch's most powerful e-motor is perfectly integrated, the THRON² rides wonderfully balanced. In eMTB mode, the motor adjusts the support optimally to your performance. The new battery (Smart System) with 750 Wh (size S: 625 Wh) brings you endless trail fun. The battery is integrated in the down tube, but can be removed for charging.

FUN, COMFORT AND SAFETY IN EVERY SITUATION:
The FOLD kinematics with 130 mm travel absorbs all the bumps on your way. Whether it's a fast flow trail or a bumpy gravel route - the perfect mix of sensitivity and strong resistance to bottoming out lets you enjoy all your rides. The characteristic curve is completely progressive and ensures a super stable chassis so that you feel safe on any terrain. E-MTBs in particular, with their additional weight from the motor and battery, benefit from the stronger progression. This feature allows you to master any trail, while the chassis still gives you enough comfort for long trail rides. In addition, a lower standover height ensures more freedom to play with your THRON² 6.8 on the trail.

VERSATILE:
From trail tours in alpine terrain to the way to work and bikepacking, everything is possible with the THRON². With the appropriate modifications, a wide variety of equipment can be retrofitted to the designated mounting points - depending on where your E-MTB tour takes you. You can also charge your devices via a USB-C port on the top tube. In addition, the specially developed CIS (Cockpit Integration Solution) design ensures a tidy look on the cockpit and always guarantees flawless shifting and braking. All cables run along the handlebars into the stem and through the headset into the frame.
