When developing the Numove 240, we placed particular emphasis on keeping the bike light. Why? Because a lighter bike is easier to ride and so much more fun for the kids! The slim aluminum frame with matching fork is one of the highlights. We also installed a lightweight Thun bottom bracket (made in Germany) and grippy, fast-rolling Schwalbe Little Joe tires. Its powerful V-brakes are easy to use because the levers are specially designed for children's hands. Speaking of designed: the handlebars and grips are also narrower.
And thanks to the lightweight, fully adjustable CUBE stem, the height and distance of the handlebars can be individually adjusted and grow with the kids and their increasing riding skills. Last but not least, the wide-ranging 8-speed gear system from Shimano , which allows the kids to keep up with every family bike ride. "Light" is the same as "fast" - every child knows that! And because that's the case, we've designed the Numove 240 frame to be as light as possible, without compromising on stiffness and robustness.
This means it can confidently handle all the stresses and strains of everyday cycling for growing kids. Its geometry also promises a lot of riding fun and safety at the same time. We have integrated an aluminum rigid fork to match this, which takes the low weight of the frame into account. In short: the perfect chassis with which the youngsters can gain a lot of self-confidence and improve quickly!
