We believe that ambitious young mountain bikers should ride a bike that really fits their needs perfectly. The Acid 260 is one of those bikes, because every centimeter and every proportion of this trail-ready mountain bike has been precisely tailored to small riders. The 80 mm travel of the Suntour suspension fork smooths out even the roughest trails - for high riding comfort and precise tracking - and the reliable and smooth Shimano gears with their 24 gears offer brilliant coordination and efficient support on all routes and climbs. In addition, the kids can bring the Acid 260 to a controlled stop at any time thanks to the light, powerful V-brakes. Conclusion: everything on it, everything in it - for trail adventures of all kinds!

No half measures - we even follow this motto when developing our junior bikes. So it's no wonder that our engineers used the same mechanically formed, double-butted, heat-treated 6061 aluminum tube set for the chassis of the Acid 260 as for our adult models. In combination with our Agile Ride Geometry, this resulted in a frame that gives kids a lot of confidence and allows them to efficiently develop their skills. And: We opted for an easily replaceable derailleur hanger so that a small fall doesn't mean the end of the world or the end of the frame.
