We think it makes little sense if parents first have to make the bike they just bought for their kids roadworthy. That's why we offer the Acid 240 Allroad, a model that can do everything - and has everything. So various accessories that you often need in everyday life: mudguards for bad weather (and clean clothes), an LED light system to "see and be seen", a power modulator on the front wheel that regulates excessive or harsh braking so that the kids don't involuntary departure over the handlebars, and a side stand so that you no longer have to lean the bike against trees, park benches or house walls. As a performance finish, we installed a Suntour suspension fork, which skilfully erases uneven surfaces on rough surfaces, and a wide-ranging 7-speed gearshift that changes easily and smoothly from gear to gear. Excellent!
The frame of the Acid 240 Allroad uses the same heat-treated tube sets made of 6061 aluminum as our adult models - it's clear that it is just as robust and durable as that of our full-size mountain bikes. However, we have adapted the weight and proportions to suit children. We have also installed a complete set of accessories (mudguards, lighting system and side stand) so that the kids are prepared for all possible and impossible adventures. And then the handling: thanks to the well thought-out design, young bikers can gain a lot of self-confidence without sacrificing any riding fun. And because one or two falls cannot be prevented, the derailleur hanger can be easily replaced - which often makes expensive repairs unnecessary.
