Its efficiency, combined with comfort, intuitive handling, and ergonomically designed and scientifically proven Body Geometry technology, inspires confidence from the first meter to the last climb before the viewing platform. But advanced riders looking for a pair of economical all-rounders for their home trainer will also find the Recon 1.0 a great fit.
BODY GEOMETRY: Like all our shoes, the Recon 1.0 is ergonomically designed and scientifically proven. This increases comfort and performance for every rider and reduces the risk of injury with patented technology. All of this demonstrably increases performance by an average of 7 watts.
STRIDE TECHNOLOGY: The secrets of Stride technology are a flexible outsole and upper material around the toe box, combined with a rigid cleat mount. This combination allows the shoe to flex slightly while walking, while remaining stiff and efficient while pedaling.
EFFICIENCY: The Recon 1.0 features the BOA® L6 dial closure with Dyneema® cords. In less technical terms, this means soft laces without harsh cord guides that press on the foot. The upper adapts to the foot as if it were tailor-made, and the outsole, with its specifically stiffened sections, guarantees optimal power transmission.
- Soles and insoles with Body Geometry technology are ergonomically designed and scientifically proven – for more performance, greater efficiency and a lower risk of injury due to the optimal alignment of hips, knees and feet.
