Dieser Fahrradkorb hat es faustdick unter dem Deckel: 17,5 L Volumen, umhüllt von leichtem, PU-beschichtetem Nylon-Gewebe. Der Up-Town City ist eine Tasche für den Lenker in Korbform. Und zugleich ein wasserdichter Fahrradkorb aus strapazierfähigem Material, das bereits tausendfach für Fahrradtaschen erprobt wurde. Kurz: dein neuer bester Fahrrad-Buddy. Perfekt um schnell zum Bäcker, zur Post oder zum Wochenmarkt zu fahren. Um an deinen Schlüssel oder dein Portemonnaie zu kommen, musst du den Spanndeckel noch nicht einmal ganz öffnen, sondern kannst ihn bequem an der Vorderseite hochklappen. Für deine Wertsachen gibt es ein eigenes Innenfach mit Reißverschluss – so kannst du sie jederzeit schnell finden.
Durch die Anbringung am Lenker hast du während der Fahrt den Korb immer im Blick. Ein weiterer Vorteil dieser Befestigungsposition ist, dass der Up-Town City stets Schutz vor Wind und Regen bietet.
Durch die Innenversteifung steht der Korb selbständig und lässt sich besonders leicht mit Einkäufen befüllen. Der Deckel lässt sich jederzeit komplett öffnen, z. B. bei gutem Wetter – und im Korb verstauen. Sollte es anfangen zu regnen, ist er in Sekundenschnelle wieder verschlossen.
