Santa Cruz 2018 – two new products for fans of endurance and racing disciplines are in the starting blocks: The iconic bike brand from California is attacking the marathon and cross-country sectors with the Blur and Highball model series. So far, the traditional high-end manufacturer is primarily known for its enduro bikes and downhill bikes ! Despite all the current fascination with e-mountain bikes, the number of fans of lightweight trail and racing weapons has not become smaller. The full-suspension Blur weighs 2060 g (frame & shock), making it the lightest 29″ VPP® bike of all time . Practical for marathons, stage races and long tours: The “Porsche” from the Santa Cruz portfolio offers enough space for two bottles . Quick adaptation to the terrain on uphill and asphalt sections is possible using a remote lockout on the handlebars on selected models.
