What are the advantages of leasing an e-bike for employees and employers? This question was explored on February 18, 2020 at Liquid-Life as part of an event organized by the BVMW. Around 50 participants gathered at Quadro Coffee on Ostring for freshly roasted coffee to gain an in-depth insight into the topic of "company bikes." The car no longer has the status it did a few years ago - for every new car sold, two bicycles are sold these days. In the battle for the best minds, companies have to take new paths, as self-realization and sustainability are increasingly becoming the focus. Leasing offers for employees help to present this change in values internally and externally and ensure an image boost.
With a bit of humour and a lot of attention to detail, Ms Rotter from Bikeleasing Service GmbH, Mr Radine from the tax office Weber and Radine and Ms Vogel from HR management at EGGER explained the topic to all interested parties using practical examples and current case law. Afterwards, our managing director Dominic Neumann led a tour of the Liquid-Life Store , presented the bike highlights of the season, the master workshop and the current collections of bike and streetwear .
At the end of the event, with delicious catering from Quadro Coffee and drinks, many questions were answered and there was a relaxed networking session. The employers' interest in this topic was great and we look forward to making many employees happy with an e-bike in the future and contributing to more health, exercise and motivation!
